ENFORMATIONISM

A philosophical worldview or belief system grounded on the 20th century discovery that Information, rather than Matter, is the fundamental substance of everything in the universe. It is intended to be the 21st century successor to the ancient worldviews of Materialism and Idealism. An Update from Bronze Age to Information Age. It's also a Theory – of – Everything that covers, not just matter & energy, but also Life & Mind & Love.

  Big Bang as Cosmic Egg

     Physical World  from Metaphysical Forms

If, instead of the original something-from-nothing model, the cosmological Big Bang explosion metaphor is instead portrayed as a Cosmic Egg¹, or Seed, we are then faced with the old Chicken-or-Egg conundrum, concerning which is essential or fundamental : no egg ; no chicken ; no chicken : no egg. In ancient myths the provenance of the egg was simply magical, or an unproven Axiom, if you please.

But skeptical modern thinkers will ask “who laid the egg of the Chicken God”. On the other hand, a godless metaphysical materialist must assume that the precursor of the Egg was A) a self-existent Chicken (no beginning, no end), or B) an infinite chain of chickens (e.g. Multiverse²) . But, in the “generally accepted” BB theory, the bang was preceded by a dimension-less mathematical Singularity, where all known physical laws break down, and numbers disappear into infinities. No god, no magic, just Math. Hence, no material objects as we know them today.

Shortly after the Bang though, physicists imagine that the logical mathematical Singularity spawned an on-going sequence of material creation, beginning with Matter & Anti-matter, which ironically cannot co-exist. Ignoring that glitch in the matrix, they imagine that primordial matter was a seething “soup” of quarks & gluons, which exist today only as invisible & undetectable hypothetical entities, which are necessary to explain the stuff we can detect, such as electrons & protons. So, where did the antimatter go? Perhaps back in the soup, as leftovers.

But, before physicists can make their “quark soup”³, they must have the fundamental Energy of Causation, and the regulating Laws of Nature. So, where do you shop for such essentials? In theory, the precursor of Energy is Eternal Potential : a logical necessity that is not yet functional, and must be actualized by future-focused Intention. Logic is a relationship between objects, including imaginary items. And, as the mechanism of Inference, it's the essence of Knowledge and meaningful Information.

So, instead of a self-existent Chicken, we now turn to Plato's eternal Logos, by means of which Chaos (unactualized potential) is organized into the actual physical Cosmos we call our home. Since there are no real chickens, or atoms, or rocks in that infinite pool of Potential, only the ideal Form of Chickeness, we must assume that it is more like a Mind, capable of creating Ideas (Forms) from scratch. That meta-physical (disembodied) Mind is usually defined as a God. And one function of Mind is Intention : a tendency or inclination toward some future state : Imagination & Creativity.

Imaginary Mental Intention can be exported as a logical series of ideas that we call a Plan of Action or a Program of Consequences. And the Evolution of our Cosmos seems to be following the self-assembly manual that we call Natural Laws. The Cause of all Change is Energy, and the forces of Change are regulated & directed by inherent principles that are lawful in the sense of conforming to the plan of EnFormation (i.e. progressive Evolution).

3. Quark Soup :

The story of Stone Soup is a classic European folk tale about travelers who trick villagers into sharing food by pretending to make a special soup using a stone as the basic ingredient. The travelers, lacking food, cleverly lead the villagers to contribute various ingredients, eventually creating a delicious and communal meal..”
Hence they get something from nothing.

4. Logical Necessity :
   “At their most basic,
logic is the study of consequence, and inform-ation is a commodity.”  https://plato.stanford.edu/entries/logic-information/

5. LOGOS :
In philosophy, particularly in Platonism, the principle of "logos" refers to the divine reason or cosmic order that governs the universe.

1. Cosmic Egg Myth :
The "cosmic egg" theory, or Cosmic Egg motif, is a widespread mythological idea suggesting that the universe originated from a giant egg. This egg, often depicted as residing in a state of primordial chaos, is said to have hatched, giving rise to the cosmos and its inhabitants. The theory appears in various creation myths across cultures, including Chinese, Egyptian, and Finno-Ugric mythology.

2. Multiverse Theory :
Suggests that our universe is just one of an infinite array of universes, each with its own laws of physics and physical constants.       Paradox :

If the multiverse exists, then it must encompass every possible universe, including one where the multiverse itself does not exist. This creates a paradox because if there's a universe where the multiverse doesn't exist, then our understanding of the multiverse being real would be flawed.
